1. General Refund Policy
- Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the service provider.
- Fixer Bali facilitates refunds but is not responsible for disputes between the user and the service provider.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:
- If the service provider cancels the booking.
- If the service provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.
- If the user cancels the booking within the allowable time frame set by the service provider.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Cancellations made outside the service provider's allowable time frame.
- Services that have been fully or partially delivered.
- Situations where dissatisfaction arises from reasons beyond the control of Fixer Bali or the service provider.
4. Process for Refund Requests
- To request a refund, users must submit a request via the Fixer Bali app or contact customer support within 7 days of the scheduled service date.
- Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Payment Method for Refunds
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
