- Cancellations must be made through the Fixer Bali app or by contacting customer support.
- The timing of your cancellation determines whether you are eligible for a refund or subject to cancellation fees.
2. Cancellation by Users
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee, determined by the service provider.
3. Cancellation by Service Providers
- If a service provider cancels your booking, you are entitled to a full refund.
- FixerBali will assist in rescheduling the service with another provider if requested.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellations made after the service has started.
- Failure to provide accurate details or be available at the scheduled service time.
5. Modifications to Bookings
- Changes to bookings, such as rescheduling, may be treated as cancellations and could be subject to the provider’s policy.
